Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 7 C thinly sliced peeled cucumbers
  • 2 C sugar
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 C cider vinegar
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 T celery seed

Directions

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with a slotted spoon.
