Lentil and Chickpea Soup with Cilantro

  • 2 cans vegetable broth
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes seasoned with onion and garlic

  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • .5 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 oz egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 3 cups lentils
