Blackberry porridge with honey yogurt

Ingredients

  • 140g porridge, cooked without salt, cooled and broken up with a fork
  • 100g Jordan's Original cereal
  • 400g sheep's milk yogurt
  • 350g fresh ripe blackberries
  • grated zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 85g unrefined caster sugar
  • 4 tbsp clear honey

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the porridge, cereal and yogurt.

  2. Put the berries, lime zest and juice and sugar in a separate bowl, then gently crush with a potato masher to break up the fruit slightly. Carefully fold the blackberries into the porridge, so you end up with a ‘ripple’ effect. Spoon into wide glasses, layering with honey. Chill for 1 hour or, preferably, overnight.
