Olive Tapenade

Delicious if you LOVE olives!!

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves- minced
  • 1 can of black olives
  • 1 can of green olives
  • marinated red peppers
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice- freshly squeezed
  • 3 TBSP chopped parsley
  • 2 TBSP capers
  • 2 TBSP EVO
  • 1-2 TBSP balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Blend in food processor until coursely chopped. Serve with bagette or wheat thins.
