Homemade Salt and Vinegar Chips

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of white vinegar
  • 4-5 medium potatoes-sliced into 1/4 rounds
  • 1 TBSP sea salt
  • pepper
  • 2 TBSP EVO
  • 3 handfuls of fresh green beans

Directions

  1. Slice potatoes. Place in medium size pot. Wash and trim green beans and place in same pot. Pour vinegar into pot until covered. Bring to boil and reduce to medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit in pot for 30 min. After 30 minutes take greased baking sheet and lay potato rounds flat. Drizzle EVO and mix with hands. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper. Bake 30-35 minutes at 425 degrees. After 30 minutes of baking flip potatoes carefully and then take green beans and place on baking sheet. Drizzle oil and sprinkle more salt. Bake 10-15 minutes longer but do not burn.
