Chicken Tetrazinni

  • 6 oz spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 2 3/4 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1/4 cup of white wine or sherry
  • 2 cups cooked diced chicken
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz can of champignons or fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup of chopped green pepper.


  1. This can be med the day before if necessary.

  2. Cook spaghetti.

  3. While its cooking, melt butter in saucepan and stir in flour.

  4. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring all the time till smoth.

  5. Add milk or cream and cook until bubbly.

  6. Add wine, spaghetti, chicken, mushrooms and pepper.

  7. Pour all into casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  8. Bake for 30 mins before eating till heated through and cheese is slightly brown.
