Milk shakes

Serves 10 people

  • 1 1/2 c instant malted milk
  • 2 qts milk
  • 1 half gallon ice cream, softened
  • Crushed fruit to match flavor of ice cream if desired (strawberries, peaches, etc)


  1. Stir half of the intant malted milk (dry ) into half of the milk in large pitcher. Stir in ice cream with wire whisk until ice cream is dispersed throughout. Stir in half of the fruit. Pour into glasses. Repeat with remaining instant malted milk, milk, ice cream, and fruit. Makes 10 servings.
