Teriyaki chicken pizza

  • 1 10 oz pikg thin crust italian bread shell
  • 1/2 lb boneless skinless chickien breast, cut into bite sized strips
  • 1/2 c teriyaki barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 c thinly sliced onion rings
  • 4 oz 1 cup shredded nonfat mozzarella cheese


  1. at oven to 450. Place bread shell on ungreased large baking sheet. Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over med hi heat for 30 seconds, add chicken about 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from heat, stir in bbq sauce, spoon over bread shell, spread to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with bell pepper and onion. Sprinkle with cheese.

  2. Bake 450 10-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
