Cottage Cheese Pancakes

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup flour


  1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt, and flour together. Let rest overnight.

  2. Heat frying pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

  3. Pour batter on frying pan. Fry until bubbles on the surface of the pancake remain open.

  4. When bottom is golden brown, flip over and cook until the other side is golden brown.

  5. Place pancake on plate and spread each pancake with butter and sugar.

  6. Top with fruit or jam and sour cream.
