Roasted Red Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. unpeeled red onions
  • 1/4 cup evoo
  • 1 tsp. sweet smoked paprika
  • pinch of sugar
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Halve 2 lbs unpeeled red onions.

  2. Toss in a large bowl with evoo, paprika, salt and sugar.

  3. Place the onions cut-side down on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast at 450 until soft and browned; 30 min.
