Sweet and Sour Collards

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. evoo
  • 1 lb. collard greens, stemmed and chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. honey

Directions

  1. Brown garlic n evoo in large pot.

  2. Add collards, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 cup water.

  3. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed, until tender, about 15 minutes.

  4. Add vinegar and honey.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.
