Peanut Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. browning sauce, optional
  • Dash of garlic powder

Directions

  1. Cut chicken wings into three sections.

  2. Combine the peanut butter, lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, salt, chili pwder, browning sauce, and garlic powder in a large resealable plastic bag.

  3. Add wings.

  4. Seal bag and turn to coat.

  5. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.

  6. Transfer wings to a greased 13-in. × 9-in. baking dish.

  7. Bake, uncoveredm at 375 for 35-40 minutes.

  8. Turn every 10 minutes.
