Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa (NOT Dutch process)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1.5 cup sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans and almonds)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.) -- nonfat will work

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.

  2. For the crust: Mix the sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt together in a medium sized bowl. Drizzle melted butter over the top, and mix with a fork or pastry blender until mixture resembles small beads. Dump the mixture into prepared pan, shaking the pan to evenly distribute. Press it down evenly in the bottom with a metal spatula (I used my hands).

  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over crust. Sprinkle marshmallows over that. Sprinkle coconut on next, followed by chopped nuts. Press everything down again. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until nicely browned on top. Let cool on a wire rack, and then cut into squares.
