Cocoa Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 one pound box confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Place butter, cocoa and milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.

  3. Stir in the powdered sugar, 1/2 a cup at a time until the frostign is thickened but pourable.

  4. Pour over the hot cake.
