Pan Seared Rosemary Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless center-cut pork chops
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Few dashes of pepper
  • 1/3 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then set aside.

  2. In a bowl mix together the breadcrumbs and rosemary.

  3. Press both sides of pork chops into breadcrumb mixture and coat well, then set aside.

  4. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chops to hot oil and cook on either side for about 4-5 minutes.
