Chocolate Delight

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C butter
  • 1/2 C flour
  • 3/4 C finely chopped pecans
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 C powdered sugar
  • 13 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 sm. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 C milk

Directions

  1. In oven: Melt 3/4 C butter in a 13×9 pan. Mix into butter: 1/2 C flour, 3/4C finely chopped pecans, spread over pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cool.

  2. Cream: 1 8oz. cream cheese, 1 C powdered sugar, add 1/2 of a 13 oz. Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust. Chill. Mix the 2 puddings with 3 cups milk and spread over the chilled cr. cheese mixture. Top w/remaining Cool Whip and extra nuts if desired.
