Cream Cucumber Salad with Dill

Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 T. chopped fresh dill, or to taste
  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped
  • 3 T. sour cream whisked with 3 T. of white vinegar
  • 1 t. cracked pepper

Directions

  1. Toss together the cucumbers and onion in a large bowl. Gently toss in the sour cream mixture, then srir in pepper and dill, cover, and refrigerate until cold. This can also be eaten at room temperature, but be sure to allow the cucumbers to marinate for at least 1 hour.
