Broccoli Rabe with Cherry Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli rabe
  • 1 sliced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 cup sliced jarred cherry peppers
  • 1 tablespoons liquid from the jar
  • 1/4 cup shaved parmesan

Directions

  1. Cook broccoli rabe in a steamer basket until tender, 7 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, cook sliced garlic cloves in a pot with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil until golden.

  3. Add 1/8 cup sliced jarred cherry peppers and 1 tablespoon liquid from the jar.

  4. Toss in the broccoli rabe and salt and pepper.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and top with shaved parmesan.
