Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1c salsa
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2c milk
- 1/2c sour cream
- 2c taco blend cheese
- green onion
Directions

Cook/drain pasta.

Brown beef and onion. Drain fat off. Add garlic- 30 seconds. Add seasoning & salsa, reduce to low.

In a medium pan on medium high, add cream cheese, milk, sour cream. Stir well. Mix should be thick & bubbly. Add cheese.

Add cheese sauce and ground beef mix to pasta. Mix well. Top with salsa, sour cream and green onion.
