Wet Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 4.5 oz can diced green chile peppers
  • 1 16 oz refried beans
  • 1 15 oz chili without beans
  • 1 10.75 oz condensed tomato soup
  • 1 10 oz can enchilada sauce
  • 6 12 inch flour tortilla shells
  • 2 cups Mexican blended shredded cheese
  • Garnish with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, green onions.

Directions

  1. Cook hamburger over med-high heat. Add in onion, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper after drained. Stir in green chiles and refried beans until well blended. Turn off heat.

  2. In saucepan, combine chili without beans, tomato soup, and enchilada sauce. Mix well and cook over medium heat until heated through. Turn off heat.

  3. ed warmed tortilla shells on a plate and spoon 1/2 cup of meat mixture into the center. Roll tortilla over filling. Place in greased 9×13. Pour sauce over the pan. Cook for 30-45 mins in 350 degree oven.
