Chocolate Cake Crunch Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 Tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 10 oz jar of Marshmellow fluff
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 oz choc chips
  • 6 oz butterscotch chips
  • 3 cups rice krispies

Directions

  1. Mix first set of ingredients and place in greased jelly roll pan. Bake for 25 mins in 350 degree oven.

  2. Take out and cool. Once cooled, spread the jar of marshmellow over the cake.

  3. Melt the peanut butter, chocolate, butterscotch over low heat in a pan. Mix in rice krispies and spread over the marshmellow.
