Bacon Cheese & Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sauteed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1 can milk

Directions

  1. Mix eggs with half and half. Fry bacon and dice. In a 2 quart casserole, layer with egg, mushrooms, bacon, cheese, and soup mixture. Pour egg mixture over all of it. Bake for 45 mins in 350 degree oven.
