Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chip
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions

Mix top ingredients together and pour into deep 9 inch or 9×9 pan. Mix bottom ingredients together and pour over the batter.

Bake 30-35 mins in 350 degree oven. Best served warm with ice cream.
