Pelmini

Ben LOVES pelmini! Making these from scratch is a labor of love though…

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup ice water
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (we like extra flavor in the filling)
  • Salt and pepper
  • sour cream
  • curry powder
  • sriracha

  2. Top with sour cream, sprinkle of curry powder and sriracha (lots of sriracha for Ben, just drops for Clarissa)

  3. Uncooked pelmini can be frozen to be cooked later!
