Green beans with balsamic reduction

Ingredients

  • a bunch of green beans (tipped and washed)
  • olive oil
  • 2-5 cloves of garlic
  • balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Heat skillet on medium and add a splash of olive oil.

  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add green beans and cook with periodic stirring until desired firmness.

  4. Pour balsamic vinegar (probably a few tbsp) over beans (watch for splatter). Stir for a few seconds then remove from heat
