Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • Roast
  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Worcestshire
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • pepper
  • 2 tsp. beef bouillon

Directions

  1. Season roast.

  2. Brown in EVOO.

  3. Add carrot, celery, onion, water, Worcestshire, potatoes, pepper, and beef bouillon.

  4. Cook in pressure cook on High for 1 hr.

  5. Release pressure naturally.
