Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 pkg frozen broccoli (drained and chopped)
  • 1/2 c velveeta
  • 1/2 c milk

Directions

  1. Saute onions in butter for 15 minutes

  2. Mix in broccoli, soup, velveeta and milk

  3. Bring to a boil

  4. Cook 1/2 c rice and add in mixture

  5. Bake in buttered casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
