Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 Ready crust chocolate pie crush
  • 2 pkg (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetned condesned milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c frozen strawberries
  • Glaze
  • 2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/4 c whipping cream

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese in microwave on high, about 15 to 20 seconds.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  3. With mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well.

  4. Arrange strawberries on bottom of crust. Slowly pour cheese mixture over fruit.

  5. Bake 30 to 25 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.

  6. Top cheesecake with choloate glaze, chill. Garnish as desired.

  8. In small saucepan, over low heat, melt 2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate with 1/4 c whipping cream. Cook and stir until thick and smooth. Remove from heat.
