Buckeye Bars

  • 3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. Nilla wafer crumbs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter


  1. Line an 8" square pan with foil or parchment paper.

  2. Mix together the chunky peanut butter, butter, and Nilla wafer crumbs. Add the powdered sugar and blend until well combined. Spread into the pan.

  3. Melt the chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter in the microwave and stir together. Spread on top of the peanut butter mixture. Chill until chocolate is set.
