layered mocha cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 C melted butter
  • FILLING
  • 2 T+1 1/2 t instant coffee
  • 1 T hot water
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 4 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/4 C APF
  • 2 t vanilla x
  • 4 ltly beaten egg
  • 2 C sscc melted and cooled
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 C sscc
  • 2 T butter

Directions

  1. 9 in springform pan wrapped in foil

  2. make crust, put in pan

  3. mix water, coffee and cinnamon

  4. mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, add eggs. divid batter in half.

  5. Stir melted choclate in one half and pour in crust. Stir coffee mix in other and spoon over chocolate layer.

  6. place pan in 1 in water and bake at 325 for 60-65 minutes. cool over night and add glaze.
