  • 1 Cup Raisins
  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 6 Cups Oats

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients in order as you mix

  2. Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes

  3. Form balls with your hands, using water to make sure it doesn’t stick

  4. You will have to wash your hands after 4-5 balls

  5. Keep your hands wet to have nicely shaped balls

  6. Bake for 40 minutes on 375 and 5 min on 425

  7. Let it cool

  8. Store them in a paper bag in the fridge (max 3 days) or freeze them

  9. Additional Information

  10. The mash is made from a fresh vegetable based on the season. For this one I’ve used pumkins, yams, sweet potatoes and butternut squash.

  11. Simply steam the veggie of choice covered until soft (can take 45 min)

  12. Drain the water and mash like you would potatoes. That’s it!
