Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Earth Balance Buttery Spread
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- A dash of salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish

Heat Earth Balance in pot until melted.

Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few seconds, stirring constantly.
