Fudge Ribbon cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon corn starch
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoon and 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 margarine
  • 4 envelopes choco bake

Directions

  1. Cream margarine with cream cheese, sugar and corn starch. Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoon milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

  2. Combine flour and 2 cups sugar,salt, baking powder and soda.

  3. add 1/2 cup margarine. add 1 cup milk.

  4. add 1/3 cup milk, 2 eggs.

  5. Add choco bake and 1 teasoon vanilla.

  6. Spread half batter in a 9X13 pan. spoon cream cheese mixture over chocolate batter. Cover with remaining chocolate batter.

  7. bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
