Sun-dried Tomato and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 6 ounces each
  • 2 Tablespoons goat cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the goat cheese and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Cut a slit in each chicken breast and stuff with the tomato and goat cheese mixture. Proceed to freezing instructions.
