Salty Rice

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • rice
  • water

Directions

  1. 1 glass rice

  2. 5 glass water

  3. Ghee

  4. Zira

  5. Salt

  6. 1-2 Potato, 2-3 Tomatos and 1-2 Onions & vegeis

  7. Heat zira in ghee till it turns into brownish color. Put potato, tomato and onions & vegeis. Put water and rice.

  8. t salt (2-2.5 small spoons)

  9. Heat till 1st whistle on medium gas.

  10. Turn off and let air come out.
