Rajmah

Ingredients

  • Rajmah
  • water
  • onion
  • potatos
  • Zira
  • red pepper
  • hing/garam masala

Directions

  1. In cooker. Keep 2 glass Rajmah in water for about 5-6 hours.

  2. Put 3 glass water and 2 glass Rajmah.

  3. Put salt and turmeric over it. Heat till first whistle on low gas. Now sim for 30 mins.

  4. In parallel, chop 1 onion and 2 potatos & 2 tomatos. Heat onion in ghee till brown in ghee. Put Zira, red pepper, hing/garam masala in it. After heating for some time, put in rajmah.
