Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 10oz soup can of beef broth or consomme
  • 1 onion chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 1/3 mashed potatoes (regular or instant)
  • 1 11oz pkg mixed frozen vegetables (cooked and seasoned) or cook fresh carrots/peas/corn

Directions

  1. Brown beef, onion and flour then drain off any excess fat.

  2. Stir in vegetables, beef soup, salt and pepper.

  3. Put in 6 cup casserole and top with massed potatoes.

  4. Bake at 375’ for 30 minutes.
