Ingredients
- 3 white or yellow potatoes (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 2 sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 2 red skinned potatoes (unpeeled and cut into pieces)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

Boil potatoes until tender then drain.

Mash potatoes and add chicken broth, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper.

Add more broth if needed.
