Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 med. baking potatoes, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 T. butter @ room temp
  • 1 tsp. finely minced garlic (in jar)
  • 1 T. or more whole milk
  • 1/4 Cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water (15min), drain.

  2. Add butter, sour cream, garlic, mash.

  3. Add milk 1 T. at at time until desired consistency.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
