Tucker Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C warm water
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 T. oil
  • 3-4 C. flour
  • 1 can Chef Boyarde pizza sauce
  • 1.2-1.25 lbs. ground beef
  • Italian seasoning
  • 1 pkg. mozzerella
  • 1 pkg. colby jack

Directions

  1. Dough:

  2. Combine water and yeast. Add everything except flour. Add flour 1 cup at a time until springy. Roll out and place in lg. greased pan.

  3. Brown hamburger meat, add italian seasoning into almost done meat.

  4. Layer 1/3-1/2 of sauce on dough, hamburger, more sauce, cheeses.

  5. Bake @ 350* for 20 min.
