Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

I love these quick, easy and convenient roll recipes that have a filling of some source that creates a small meal. Serve with a nice side a Marinara sauce and a nice Italian salad.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 biscuits per can)
  • 56 pepperoni slices
  • Block of cheese (Colby & Monterey Jack)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Parmesan
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 jar pizza sauce

Directions

  1. Cut the block of cheese into at least 28 squares
  2. Flatten a biscuit out and stack pepperoni and cheese on top.

  3. Gather up the edges of the biscuit.

  4. Line the rolls up in a greased 9×13 in. pan. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Bake at 425 for 18-20 minutes.
