BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 T. onion flakes
  • 1 sm. bottle Cookies BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 C. ketchup
  • Chicken thighs and legs

Directions

  1. Start the night before.

  2. Sauce:

  3. 3/4 c. brown sugar

  4. 1 T. onion flakes

  5. 1 sm. bottle Cookies BBQ Sauce

  6. 1/4 tsp. salt

  7. 1/2 tsp. paprika

  8. 1 tsp. mustard

  9. 1 tsp. soy sauce

  10. 1/2 C. ketchup

  11. Grease crock pot. Add cut up chicken. (I use thighs and legs because they are easy to de-bone quickly). Add enough water to almost cover. Cook on low overnight. Cool, de-bone, and place shredded meat back in crock pot. Cover with sauce and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve on buns.
