Healthy BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper, cut into slices
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into slices
  • 1/2 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 1 /2 onions, chopped
  • 3 red potatoes, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tbsp quick cooking tapioca
  • 1/2 can of tomato sauce (from 15 oz can)
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Cook on High for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
  2. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
