Mexican Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 (16oz) pkg. frozen corn
  • 6 jalapeno peppers, diced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. In a saucepan, melt cream cheese and butter

  3. Mix in milk until smooth and bubbly

  4. In a casserole dish, mix corn and peppers

  5. Pour in cream cheese mixture and toss to coat

  6. Bake 35-45 minutes
