Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • Fresh fruit, sliced
  • Package of yellow cake mix
  • Stick of butter

Directions

  1. Layer your apple slices at the bottom of a pan that has been coated with non-stick spray.

  2. Sprinkle on boxed cake mix.

  3. Melt an entire stick of butter.

  4. Pour butter over the fruit and dry cake mix.

  5. Bake at 350 for approximately 35-45 minutes – it’s done when it is nice and bubbly.

  6. Top with vanilla ice cream.
