Ingredients
- 1 12 oz pkg caramels
- 1 box fudge cake mix
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2/3 cups evaporated milk
- 4 cups melted butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9″ × 13″ pan. Melt caramels in 1/3 cup milk; set aside. Mix cake mix, butter and remaining milk. Pour 1/2 into pan and bake for 6 mins. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and melted caramels. Pour rest of cake batter over it and bake for 20 more mins.
