All American Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups quartered, peeled potatos
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 8 slices bacon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives (optional)
  • 2-3 large diced pickles (optional)

Directions

  1. Add potatos to boiling water.

  2. Cook for 15 minutes, or until tender.

  3. Drain.

  4. Mix mayonnaise and dijon mustard in a large bowl.

  5. Add potatos, bacon, chives, and pickles.

  6. Mix to coat potatos.

  7. Cover.

  8. Refridgerate at least one hour prior to serving.
