Cappuccino Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup powered cappuccino mix
  • 1 ready made pie crust
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Whipped topping
  • Slice almonds

Directions

  1. Allow ice cream to soften.

  2. Blend 3 cups of ice cream with the cappuccino powder for 30 seconds.

  3. Add the additional 3 cups of ice cream until well blended.

  4. Pour into pie crust.

  5. Smooth ice cream with a spatula until evenly distributed.

  6. Freeze overnight.

  7. Decorate pie with chocolate syrup, whipped topping, and almonds before serving.
