Fat Free Squiggle Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Rotini (colored)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cups Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 4 -5 Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 -3 Stalks Celery

Directions

  1. Boil Rotini until tender but not overcooked.

  2. Add chopped carrots (blanch 4 minutes), green pepper, onion, and celery.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients and refrigerate.

  4. Best if made 2-3 days ahead.
