Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple, 1" thick, grilled, chilled, diced
- 1 small red pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1 jalapeño, minces
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Toss and season with salt and/or pepper.
